HOW DO I GET ADMITTED?

Admission can be easily arranged by contacting one of our Admissions Counselors (844) 357-3422. They'll assist you with insurance verification and payment coordination.

They'll also conduct a pre-admission screening over the phone which usually takes 10-20 minutes. Admissions can usually be arranged within the same day as your phone call.

WHAT IS YOUR VISITATION POLICY?

All visitation is arranged through our client's primary therapist after a family session has taken place.

DOES YOUR PROGRAM HAVE ANY RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION?

The Gardens at Lake Worth does offer a 12-Step, faith-based program. We happily accommodate clients of all religions and we will provide transportation to temples, churches, mosques, etc. for services.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?

Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is the closest airport. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport (FLL) is also within reasonable driving distance to the facility. Our intake coordinators can assist with flight arrangements if necessary. We provide transportation from PBI (10-15 minute drive) and FLL (45 minute drive) to our facility and we offer courtesy transportation for local Florida clients to the facility as well.

WILL MY LOVED ONES BE CONTACTED ONCE I ARRIVE AT THE GARDENS AT LAKE WORTH?

Yes, when you arrive, a safe call will be made to the loved one of your choice.

HOW LONG IS THE TREATMENT PROGRAM?

Length of treatment varies from client to client, and is decided on a clinical basis. However, the average length of stay is 30-60 days.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards, certified or cashier’s checks, wire transfers and cash. If your credit card is linked to your bank account, your bank may have a daily limit imposed. You can have this temporarily lifted by contacting your bank. If payment is made by wire transfer, the funds must be received prior to admission. Funds may take several days to transfer.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If the discharge is considered a completion, refund will be distributed upon a daily pro-rated basis. If the discharge is considered Against Medical Advice (A.M.A.), Against Staff Advice (A.S.A.), or Therapeutic Discharge (T.D.), a limited refund policy may be instituted dependent upon the individual circumstances. Any pending pharmacy or lab charges will be deducted from a pending refund.

Does The Gardens Accept Medicare or Medicaid?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. However, we can refer you to a provider that may be able to help.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Yes! We work with many insurance plans. We'll verify your policy and let you know in advance of any potential out of pocket costs prior to admission.

We are out-of-network with most insurance companies but most times are able to accept insurance payment without a financial obstacle placed on the insured.

CAN I BRING MY PHONE?

During the first 10 days of treatment, there are no phone privileges. Any important issues that need to be addressed will occur during the treatment day with the primary therapist or case manager.

After the 10 day blackout period, patients are allowed phone passes twice a week to call people approved by their primary therapist.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO TREATMENT?

You should bring the following items with you:

  1. Insurance card
  2. Prescription card
  3. All medications (in original bottles)
  4. Cash for your patient account
  5. $100 deposit for any prescription co-pays
  6. Cigarettes (if applicable) – bring at least a carton upon admission
  7. Casual clothing (5 to 7 days worth)
  8. Church clothing (if applicable)
  9. Gym clothing
  10. Beach wear & beach towel
  11. Sunscreen
  12. Umbrella
  13. Eyeglasses or contact lenses and appropriate accessories (if applicable)

WHAT SHOULD I NOT BRING TO TREATMENT?

  1. Hair dye
  2. Cell phones
  3. iPods with Internet
  4. Kindles, iPads, tablets, laptops, cameras
  5. Sharp objects (scissors, knives, weapons)
  6. Beard trimmers/hair clippers
  7. Cologne/perfume
  8. Axe/body sprays
  9. Anything that contains alcohol
  10. Aerosols/hairsprays
  11. Gift cards/phone cards
  12. Money/credit cards/checks
  13. Energy and protein drinks

Any cash, credit cards, prohibited items or valuables will be kept in a safe until your discharge from the facility.
